Great Holme House Counselling and Psychotherapy Service offers professional and compassionate support for individuals facing lifes challenges. As an experienced person-centred therapist I provide a safe and welcoming space to explore your thoughts and emotions.
Counselling is tailored to each clients individual needs. I aim to make my practice autism friendly, and have significant training and experience in working with neurodiverse clients.
I offer counselling for a wide variety of issues including but not limited to:
- Stress, anxiety and depression
- Bereavement and grief
- Trauma recovery, including adult recovery from childhood abuse
- Relationship problems
- Miscarriage and infant loss
- Neurodiverse including ADHD, Autism, Aspergers, and Tourette’s syndrome
- Work related issues, such as bullying or burnout
- Boarding school syndrome
- Gender disphoria and LGBTQ+ counselling
- Lack of confidence & low self esteem
- Self harm
- Pregnancy/birth/post natal depression
I can offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends for in person, online, and telephone sessions. Home visit counselling is offered on agreement if appropriate.
